N.D. Admin. Code § 33.1-23-02-25
33.1-23-02-25. Term of primary certification.
1. Primary certification is granted following the procedure as outlined in the "North Dakota Environmental Laboratory Certification Program Manual".
2. Certification becomes effective the date of issuance and is valid for three years unless suspended, revoked, or voluntarily discontinued. Any request for an extension must be in writing. The certification period may be extended for good cause as determined by the department.
3. Standards of quality in the "Manual for Laboratories Analyzing Drinking Water" must be met in order to qualify for certification.
