1. A manufacturing facility shall have every process lot of cannabinoid concentrate, to be packaged in a container for transfer to a dispensary, tested for the following: a. Pesticides and degradation compounds in accordance with section 33-44-01-47. b. Microbiological contaminants and mycotoxins in accordance with section 33-44-01-48. c. Heavy metals in accordance with section 33-44-01-48.1. d. Solvents in accordance with section 33-44-01-49. e. Concentration in accordance with section 33-44-01-51.

2. A manufacturing facility is exempt from testing for solvents under this section if the manufacturing facility did not use any solvent or the department provides the manufacturing facility with a written exemption if the manufacturing facility uses a closed loop carbon dioxide extraction method.
