N.D. Admin. Code § 33-30-01-02
This article applies to persons whose duties in environmental health and food safety require the application of scientific knowledge to recognize, evaluate, and control food and environmental hazards
to preserve and improve environmental factors for the achievement of the health, safety, comfort, and well-being of the consuming public. It is the intent of the advisory board that these rules apply to all persons engaged in the practice of environmental health and the supervisors of those persons. Exempt are those supervisors employed on May 1, 2004.
