28-02.1-05-02. Qualifications and requirements - Professional engineer by examination.

A person applying for registration as a professional engineer by examination must have an engineer intern certificate, the appropriate experience as required by North Dakota Century Code section 43-19.1-14, and must have passed the principles and practice of engineering examination. The experience must be subsequent to graduation and verifiable.
