21-02-01-01. Scope.

This article is promulgated pursuant to North Dakota Century Code chapter 4-10.3 and section 28-32-02. This article applies to all edible beans grown in North Dakota or sold to a designated handler and shall be applied in conjunction with North Dakota Century Code chapter 4-10.3.
