107-02-03-03. Procedure for pesticide harmonization grant request.

To be eligible to receive a grant, an agriculture commodity group must submit a written application to the board at the address listed in subsection 4 of section 107-01-01-01. Each application must contain:

1. A request for a specific funding amount;

2. A specific explanation of the exact purposes for which the grant will be used;

3. A detailed timetable for the use of the grant funds; and

4. Any additional information the board determines appropriate for potential grant recipients.
