104-03-01-01. Mailing notice of practicum examination.

Notice of all practicum examinations must be sent to all persons holding temporary training permits at least forty-five days prior to the administration of the examination. To be eligible to participate in the examination, all applications for the examination must be received by the board at least thirty days prior to the examination date.
