10-16-03-03. Play slip.

A play slip for a game must contain information on:

1. How to play the game;

2. How to complete a play slip;

3. How to win, including the odds of winning a prize of each prize tier; and

4. General rules, including:

a. Name of a game; b. Ticket price; c. Prize structure; and d. Drawing day.
