Upon finding a violation and taking the criteria in Rule .0502 of this Subchapter into consideration, the Commission may:

1. (1) issue a letter of warning;
2. (2) impose a fine of up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) per violation;
3. (3) require a respondent to attend lobbying education as specified by the Commission; and
4. (4) impose other sanctions as provided in Chapter 120C.
