1. (a) In addition to live testimony, a deposition may be used in evidence when taken in compliance with the N.C. Rules of Civil Procedure, G.S. 1A-1.
2. (b) A Panel or the Board may consider sworn affidavits as evidence in a hearing. The Board will take into consideration sworn affidavits presented to the Board by persons desiring to protest an applicant's admission to the North Carolina Bar.
3. (c) The Board may receive other evidence in its discretion.
