Funds for the program carried out by the board shall come from:
- (1) assessments of members of the State Bar as ordered by the Supreme Court,
- (2) voluntary contributions,
- (3) general trust accounts when a court determines that the owners of the funds in the account cannot be identified and orders that the contents be delivered to the Fund, and
- (4) as may otherwise be received by the Fund.
