1. (a) For three years after a Sporting Event occurs, the Operator shall maintain records on all of the following for each Sports Wager as logged by the Sports Wagering System:

   1. (1) the identity of the Registered Player placing the Sports Wager, if known; and
   2. (2) the amount, type, time, location, and outcome of the Sports Wager, including the IP address, if available.
2. (b) The Operator shall disclose the records described in Paragraph (a) of this Rule to the Commission upon request.
