The Operator shall provide the Registered Player written confirmation or denial of every financial transaction initiated on Wagering Accounts, including:

1. (1) the type of transaction, such as a deposit or withdrawal;
2. (2) the transaction value; and
3. (3) for denied transactions, a descriptive message, if appropriate and available, as to why the transaction did not complete as initiated.
