The Internal Controls shall include a summary description of the Operator's or its Affiliates' use of computerized algorithms, automated decision-making, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or any similar system that analyzes patron information, which shall include:

1. (1) a description of permissible and impermissible uses of such practices and capabilities;
2. (2) the purposes for which such practices and capabilities are used;
3. (3) the types of input and output data utilized and a summary accounting of the source of each; and

4. (4) a description of how these systems are used to:

   1. (a) minimize risky play behavior; and
   2. (b) market or advertise to Players.
