Notwithstanding Chapter 132 of the General Statutes or any other provision of law, except for G.S. 18C-916(b), only the following documents under this Rule shall be a public record, with respect to each Applicant and each Responsible Party:

1. (1) The name, address, and platform used for Wagering Activity.
2. (2) The names of all Key Persons.
3. (3) The granting or denial of the application.

4. (4) With respect to Operators:

   1. (a) The documented history of working to prevent compulsive gambling, including training programs for its employees.
   2. (b) The branding that the Applicant plans to hold out to the public displaying its platform used for Wagering Activity.
