1. (a) A hearing shall be initiated:

   1. (1) at the call of the Ethics Committee chairperson, Ethics Committee, or Ethics Committee hearing panel in the case of a complaint against a credentialed professional; or
   2. (2) by any person pursuant to G.S. 150B, Article 3A on appeal of an agency decision.
2. (b) The hearing shall be conducted pursuant to G.S. 150B, Article 3A.
