The Chair of the Board shall carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

1. (1) call all meetings;
2. (2) be authorized to act as the sole official representative for the Board to communications media and may direct the secretary‑treasurer or another member to impart specific information concerning official actions or policies of the Board.
