Approval to conduct real estate appraisal qualifying courses shall be granted to a school or course sponsor when it is shown to the satisfaction of the Board that:

1. (1) the school or course sponsor has submitted a completed application form. The form may be found at the Board's website at www.ncappraisalboard.org;
2. (2) the school or course sponsor complies with the standards described in this Section; and
3. (3) the courses to be conducted comply with the standards described in Section .0300 of this Subchapter.
