Appraising the following types of properties qualifies as residential appraisal experience:
- (a) residential single-family;
- (b) residential multi-family of 2 – 4 units;
- (c) residential vacant lot (1 – 4 family property); and
- (d) farm properties consisting of less than 100 acres and a homestead.
