1. (a) A licensee shall notify the Board of any complaint made against the licensee:

   1. (1) to any interpreter and transliterator licensing board or agency in any other State; or
   2. (2) to any local, regional or national certifying agency, such as NAD, RID, and NCSA.
2. (b) The licensee shall give the notice to the Board within 30 days after the licensee receives notice of the complaint.
