1. (a) The Board shall charge the following fees:

   1. (1) Application fee: one hundred dollars ($100.00);
   2. (2) Examination fee: two hundred dollars ($200.00);
   3. (3) License renewal: one hundred dollars ($100.00);
   4. (4) Late renewal fee: fifty dollars ($50.00);
   5. (5) License by reciprocity: two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00);
   6. (6) Corporate license: one hundred dollars ($100.00); and
   7. (7) Duplicate license: twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
2. (b) When the Board uses a testing service for the preparation, administration or grading of examinations, the Board shall charge the applicant the actual cost of the examination services.
