Each manicuring school shall provide each manicurist student with the following:

1. (1) A manicurist bowl;
2. (2) Nail brushes;
3. (3) A tray for manicuring supplies;
4. (4) One mannequin hand;
5. (5) A manicuring kit containing implements for manicuring and pedicuring; and
6. (6) Implements for artificial nails, nail wraps, and tipping.
