Each cosmetology and apprentice cosmetology student shall be supplied by the school with following equipment:

1. (1) 12 combs;
2. (2) two capes;
3. (3) six brushes;
4. (4) assorted clips;
5. (5) hard rubber or nonflammable comb for heat protection used in thermal styling;
6. (6) one electric marcel iron;
7. (7) one razor and one clipper;
8. (8) one thinning shears;
9. (9) one shaping shears;
10. (10) one mannequin with hair; and
11. (11) one blow dryer.
