The Board may grant a student credit hours for training in a barber school in another state if the Board determines that:

1. (1) the school is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences;
2. (2) if required by the state in which the school is located, the school has a current license; and
3. (3) based on a certified transcript submitted by the student, the hours are for topics set forth in 21 NCAC 06F .0120(a).
