The application for Behavior Analyst License and Assistant Behavior Analyst shall include two letters of reference, to be submitted to the Board by the applicant. The two letters of references shall include:

1. (1) name of reference and applicant;
2. (2) period of time the reference has known the applicant;
3. (3) nature of professional relationship; and
4. (4) knowledge of the applicant's training, experience, professional skills, and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
