1. (a) Maximum physical dimensions shall be 65 feet in length, 12 feet in width, and 13.5 feet in height for vehicles on each of the following ferry vessels:

   1. (1) Silver Lake;
   2. (2) Cedar Island;
   3. (3) Carteret;
   4. (4) Swan Quarter;
   5. (5) Sea Level;
   6. (6) Governor Daniel Russel;
   7. (7) Southport;
   8. (8) Neuse;
   9. (9) Lupton;
   10. (10) Fort Fisher;
   11. (11) W. Stanford White;
   12. (12) Croatoan;
   13. (13) Hatteras;
   14. (14) Kinnakeet;
   15. (15) Frisco;
   16. (16) Chicamacomico;
   17. (17) Cape Point;
   18. (18) Ocracoke;
   19. (19) Roanoke;
   20. (20) Thomas A. Baum, out-of-service effective September 2020;
   21. (21) Governor James Baxter Hunt, Jr.;
   22. (22) Rodanthe, in-service effective March 2019;
   23. (23) Avon, in-service effective March 2020; and
   24. (24) Salvo, in-service effective August 2020.
2. (b) Vehicles having overall dimensions requiring an Oversized/Overweight Permit, pursuant to Section .0600 of this Subchapter, shall carry that permit within the vehicle; otherwise, loading aboard a ferry vessel shall not be permitted.
