1. (a) An applicant shall attend the following courses of instruction to be considered for initial certification:

   1. (1) IOG Listing & Assessing Class.
   2. (2) NCPMA Mapping School.

2. (b) An applicant shall also obtain a passing score on the following examinations prior to receiving initial certification by the Department:

   1. (1) TOG Listing & Assessing Exam.
   2. (2) NCPMA's Certified Property Mappers Exam.
