A platform's fee remission log shall include:

1. (1) for each session record:

   1. (a) the session record identifier;
   2. (b) each journal entry identifier;
   3. (c) whether the notarial acts were completed;
   4. (d) whether the session record identifier applies to a supplemental journal entry;
   5. (e) whether the session record identifier applies to administration of oaths or affirmations pursuant to G.S. 10B-134.9(d) for which no electronic journal entry was made;
2. (2) the number of completed notarial acts for the month calculated pursuant to Rule .1017(3) of this Subchapter; and
3. (3) the total fee remitted to the Department pursuant to Rule .1421 of this Section.
