If, pursuant to Rule .1413 of this Section, a platform provider is unable to determine that a notary public is in active status, the platform:

1. (1) shall not allow the notary to administer oaths or affirmations pursuant to G.S. 10B-134.9(d); and
2. (2) shall allow the notary access to any of the notary's existing journal entries on the platform depository to search, review, print, or download until the entries are transferred to a custodian.
