An existing technology provider shall comply with the following rules between the effective date of the rules in this Subchapter and the applicable date in Rule .1102 of this Section:

1. (1) Rules .0101-.0102, .0104-.0108, and .0110 of this Subchapter;
2. (2) Rules .0201-.0202 of this Subchapter;
3. (3) Rule .0602 of this Subchapter;
4. (4) Rules .0701-.0706 of this Subchapter;
5. (5) Rules .1101-.1104 of this Section; and
6. (6) Rule .1201(2)-(4) and (6)-(8) of this Subchapter and Rules .1203-.1205 of this Subchapter.
