Upon validation pursuant to Rule .1012 of this Section, a transferor shall update the Department's database with the following information:

1. (1) the session identifier;
2. (2) the four-digit identifying number assigned to the technology provider making the entry into the Department's database;
3. (3) the four-digit identifying number assigned to the transferor;

4. (4) for the transferee:

   1. (a) the four-digit identifying number assigned to the transferee; or
   2. (b) the custodial notary public's commission number, if applicable; and
5. (5) the date and time of the transfer.
