A technology provider subject to Rule .0114 of this Subchapter shall notify notaries public using its authorized services within three days of the occurrence of a break in service and include:

1. (1) the reason for the break in service;
2. (2) whether the break in service is for a specific time period or is permanent;

3. (3) whether the notaries:

   1. (a) can continue using the provider's authorized services:

      1. (i) with limits and what the limits are; or
      2. (ii) without limits; or

   2. (b) cannot continue to use the provider's authorized services and, where the provider is a depository or custodian:

      1. (i) will have 60 days to transfer any records maintained by the provider to a custodian; and
      2. (ii) that the notaries may continue to access the records maintained by the provider until they are transferred; and
4. (4) any actions the provider requires the notaries to take.
