While recording the remote electronic notarial transaction process, an electronic notary public shall direct the remotely located principal to:

1. (1) state the names of any individuals who are then physically present at the same place as the principal, if known; and
2. (2) inform the electronic notary if any other individuals become physically present with the principal during the notarial session and their names, if known.
