An instructor applicant shall verify under penalty of perjury on the instructor application form specified in 18 NCAC 07B .0414 that:

1. (1) the information on the application is true and complete; and
2. (2) the applicant will perform the responsibilities of a certified notary instructor as set out in Chapter 10B of the General Statutes and the rules in this Chapter to the best of the applicant's ability.
