A notarial journal maintained pursuant to the rules in Subchapter I of this Chapter shall include, with regard to a specific notarial act for which fees were charged:

1. (1) how much the notary public charged for each notarial act performed; and

2. (2) if travel reimbursement was charged:

   1. (a) the actual reimbursement charged; and
   2. (b) the fee charged per mile.
