All utensils and tools, such as opening knives, shucking pails, measures, skimmers, colanders, tanks, tubs, paddles, and containers that come in contact with shellfish shall be thoroughly cleaned and then sanitized by:
(4) other equivalent products and procedures approved in 21 CFR 178.1010, which is incorporated by reference, including subsequent amendments and editions. A testing method or equipment shall be available and used to test chemical sanitizers to ensure minimum prescribed strengths.
