The following wild birds are excluded from the definition of "wild birds" contained in G.S. 113-129(15a):

1. (1) English sparrow (Passer domesticus);
2. (2) Eurasian collared dove (Streptopelia decaocto);
3. (3) pigeon (Columba livia);
4. (4) mute swan (Cygnus olor); and
5. (5) starling (Sturnus vulgaris).
