1. (a) The Commission shall set the dates, times, and locations for all examinations.
2. (b) Examinations may be administered by the Commission at any time, or at any location, when a sufficient number of applications have been received to warrant such an examination.
3. (c) Before each applicant receives an examination paper, an applicant shall display a valid driver's license, photo identification or other form of identification satisfactory to the proctor.
