It shall be unlawful to take shrimp by any method from 9:00 p.m. on Friday through 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, except:

1. (1) in the Atlantic Ocean;
2. (2) with the use of fixed nets, channel nets, hand seines, shrimp pots, or cast nets; or
3. (3) for a holder of a Permit for Weekend Trawling for Live Shrimp in accordance with 15A NCAC 03O .0503.
