1. (a) Applications for ownership changes shall:

   1. (1) contain the information required by 15A NCAC 02Q .0505(4); and
   2. (2) follow the procedures set forth in 15A NCAC 02Q .0300.
2. (b) If the Director permits an ownership change, he or she shall submit a copy of the permit to EPA as an administrative amendment.
