1. (a) This Section shall apply to all permitted facilities.
2. (b) A general facility obtaining a permit pursuant to 15A NCAC 02Q .0509 shall comply with provisions of this Section that are applicable to a Title V facility except that the fees are different as stated in 15A NCAC 02Q .0203.
