1. (a) Owners and operators shall maintain at each underground storage tank location a current diagram that indicates, for each underground storage tank:

   1. (1) location with respect to property boundaries and any permanent on‑site structures;
   2. (2) total storage capacity, in gallons;
   3. (3) the exact type of petroleum product (such as unleaded gasoline, No. 2 fuel oil, diesel) or hazardous substance stored; and
   4. (4) the year the tank was installed.
2. (b) The diagram shall be made available for inspection to authorized representatives of the Division.
