15A NCAC 02E .0106

Definitions

In addition to the definitions set forth in G.S. 143-215.21, the following definitions shall apply to this Subchapter:

(1) "Director" means the Director of the Division of Water Resources.
(2) "Division" means the Division of Water Resources.
