1. (a) The following data is available through SAFIS and may be used to make comparisons and obtain CCH data:

   1. (1) fingerprint images; and
   2. (2) state identification number.
2. (b) When the state identification number is used to obtain CCH data, dissemination requirements outlined in Rule .0401 of this Subchapter must be followed.
