An industry member shall not require, by agreement or otherwise, or by any means, that a retailer purchase alcoholic beverages from the industry member pursuant to the following practices:

1. (1) contractual purchase agreements;
2. (2) threat of loss of supply;
3. (3) purchases made as a prerequisite for the purchase of short supply items; or
4. (4) coercion by the industry member, including threats of physical or economic harm.
