1. (a) The Commission may issue Professional Lecturer Certification to a person in a profession, who, by virtue of academic degrees and professional expertise, has developed special knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

   1. (1) Law;
   2. (2) Psychology;
   3. (3) Medicine.

2. (b) To be eligible for such certification, an applicant shall:

   1. (1) be a graduate of a regionally accredited law school, medical school, or other school accredited for conferring degrees in law, psychology or medicine;

   2. (2) obtain the endorsement of a Commission-certified School Director who shall:

      1. (A) recommend the applicant for certification as a professional lecturer;
      2. (B) describe the applicant's expected participation, topical areas, duties, and responsibilities in a delivery of Commission‑accredited training course conducted by the school; and
      3. (C) describe the attributes showing the applicant to be a beneficial contributor to the delivery or presentation in a Commission‑accredited training program.
