1. (a) All courses must have fixed beginning and ending dates.
2. (b) Sponsors may not utilize a scheduling system that allows students to enroll late for a course and then complete their course work in a subsequently scheduled course.
3. (c) Late enrollment is permitted only if the enrolling student can satisfy the minimum attendance requirements set forth in Rule .1025 of this Section.
4. (d) Courses shall not have practical training field exercises that exceed a total of eight hours in any given day.
