The Office, consistent with department policies and rules, codified as 15 NCAC Subchapter 1B, Section .0200, as amended effective August 1, 1982, will provide an opportunity for hearings, to:

1. (1) any grant recipient whose certification of eligibility is terminated;
2. (2) any grant recipient whose funds are terminated or suspended during the grant period; and
3. (3) any grant recipient who wishes to appeal disallowed expenditures.
