1. (a) The agency shall review and document the client's situation and service plan at least quarterly from the date of application except for clients whose only service(s) is (are):

   1. (1) transportation;
   2. (2) child care;
   3. (3) foster care;
   4. (4) adoptions; and
   5. (5) housing and home improvement.
2. (b) The agency shall conduct the review in the month it is due. The month the quarterly review is due is determined by the month in which the application was made.
3. (c) The agency must label and date the quarterly review in the record.
