The monthly State/County Special Assistance Program payment computation shall comply with 42 C.F.R. 435.232(b)(2). The payment shall be computed by:

1. (1) Determining the Maintenance Amount, as defined in Rule .0102(13) of this Subchapter;
2. (2) Subtracting the recipient's Countable Monthly Income from the Maintenance Amount; and
3. (3) Rounding the difference to the nearest dollar.
